Rooms and Rates
In our house we welcome you in our comfortably furnished 9 single rooms and 40 double rooms. All our rooms are Non smoking rooms. The rooms each have a modern bathroom with shower, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, window that can be opened, flat-screen TV (with international TV channels), free phone and free internet access via wireless LAN. In exalted furnishing (at no extra charge, depending on availability) we also offer a work desk and a luggage rack.
Shower gel / shampoo, hand soap and a hair dryer are in the rooms. We change your towels as desired.
We ask you for your understanding that due to our favorably rates we cannot offer extensive service!

Single room | one night 78,00 EUR | for two nights and more 69,00 EUR
Double room | one night 88,00 EUR | for two nights and more 79,00 EUR
Triple room | one night 98,00 EUR | for two nights and more 89,00 EUR
All prices are per night and per room, including all taxes and fees, excluding breakfast, plus €15/person for special fairs and holidays and a €10/room surcharge if booked through the online portal.
With your room telephone, you can call free of charge in the German fixed network and in-house. Via the phone number *+49 (0) 30 56574 - your room number you can receive external calls free of charge. We ask you for your understanding that because of capatiy calls can be made max. 15 minutes per day* and also that the lines can be busy at peak times. (*afterwards the phone is locked for this day and turn on automatically on the next day from 0 clock again free, without generating any costs for you!)
Hotel B1 Tourist (side building)
For particulary price-conscious guests we have another 17 rooms in our side building to the B1 on offer.
The rooms are practically furnished and have private bathroom with shower and a flat-screen TV, as well as new soundproof windows with roller shutters. Breakfast is served as usual in the main house Am Niederrfeld 7, approximately 2-minute walk away.
All our rooms are Non smoking rooms.
Shower gel/shampoo and hand soap are in the rooms. We change your towels as desired.
We ask you for understanding that due to our favorably rates we cannot offer extensive service !

Of course, your pet is a welcome guest. Please understand that we are charging a cleaning fee of 10,00 EUR per night per pet. Taking your pet in the breakfast room is not permitted.
